ARK’s spay-neuter-rabies vouchers are available for Hart County residents only, who are at least 18 years of age. You can order right here with a credit card or Paypal. These are for use at the Leitchfield Vet Clinic. Please purchase a separate voucher for each pet.

Vouchers will be redeemed at the Leitchfield Vet Clinic (LVC).  After your purchase, a copy will be sent to you and to the LVC. Make your appointment as soon as possible to get the procedure done before the expiration date - March 31.

Leitchfield Vet Clinic requires Distemper, Kennel Cough and Parvo vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccinations. If you purchase and give them yourself, please save the receipt and proof to give to the Vet. If your pet does not have these shots, you will need to pay for that added protection. Combined with the voucher price, it’s still a great savings.
